About us
River East Rise (called RER hereafter) has developed AudiOrange (called the App hereafter).
RER is a personal application development project intended personal use based in Japan. There will be some difficulty in following your email messages in timely manner. Your understanding to the limited resources because of personal project is very much appreciated.

Privacy Policy
This website is created for the purpose of providing information related to the app such as how to use and functions, and does not contain code that intentionaly collects personal information.
The App collects and stores audio track related data, such as file names, tracks, albums, artists, track numbers, durations, and playback controls to run the App as designed, setlist data, and error information. The above information is the only information collected and stored in the device and will not be sent to RER or any other third parties stealthily. They will be deleted when the App is uninstalled. Some devices may require rebooting the device after uninstalling to delete such information. RER does not stealthily collect any of these types of information and does not provide a technical method to allow any other third parties to stealthily collect such information. In case if sending such data to RER arises, it will be made after user permission, agreement, acknowledgement, or equivalent action.
All or any part of the privacy policy can be changed or renewed without prior notice, and the change will be posted in this section.
End User License Agreement
Overview
This section covers the end user license agreement (called the Agreement hereafter) between you (called you or a User hereafter) who use this application (called the App hereafter), and River East Rise (called RER hereafter) who develops and provides the App.
About the App
AudiOrange is developed, designed and owned by RER, and is the App subject to the Agreement herein.
About the Agreement
The Agreement becomes effective when you have started to use the App. All or any part of the Agreement can be changed or renewed at a time of the App update without prior notice.
Ownership
Any and all rights related to audio resources belong to rightful owner of each audio resource.All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the App, including, without limitation, all text, graphics, designs and layouts of app unique icons and button, screen layouts and structures, and any other elements which are part of the App, individually or in combination, and any and all copies are owned by RER. RER reserves the right to change, update, or terminate the App at its sole discretion without any restriction.
Use of the App
A User may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, derive, modify, or change all or any part of the App design and its source code, and shall use the App as is basis. Use of the App shall not be interpreted as, but not limited to, transferring ownership of the App, licensing all or any part of the App to a third party, permission to use its intellectual property, app unique elements and design.
Limited warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS". RER who developed the App, or a party who distributes or makes available the App to you, is exempted from any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of the App. These include, but are not limited to, legal issues caused by inappropriate use of audio resources, and any unwanted consequences of your performance. All responsibilities related to use of audio resources belong to a User, and RER is free from such responsibility.
